1. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Products)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products delivered digitally, such as software activation keys or license codes. The sale is final once payment has been completed and digital delivery has begun.

  • The product is a digital license or download
  • Delivery begins immediately after payment
  • You consent to immediate delivery
  • You acknowledge loss of withdrawal rights

2. Important Notes

  • Digital license keys cannot be returned once delivered
  • Physical products (if offered) cannot be returned if opened
  • Please verify compatibility before purchasing

3. Warranty on Digital Products

We guarantee a functional product when used correctly. If a digital key does not work, we will assist with troubleshooting, replace the key, or issue a refund if replacement is not possible.

4. How to Request Warranty Support

Please contact us via the support portal or email and include:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and version
  • Activation error message or screenshot
  • Steps already taken

5. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Digital content delivered immediately after purchase with express consent is excluded from withdrawal rights under applicable law.
